"weather-drew" (noun):
A nickname used by a systems administrator, web developer and network engineer living in Oklahoma, working in the weather industry. He does not make donuts.
Nearly 3 days ago I left an airport in Oklahoma City bound for a country I had never set foot on. This week I've been in the Veneto region of Italy staying in Montegrotto. There are many stories and pictures coming for the blog and photo gallery upon my return; but I took a break from work this afternoon to share some media from our dinner at the University of Padova. Enjoy!
The first photo is one of the main halls at the University. The second is the Astronomy building and of more importance, the tower where Galileo himself studied.
Last, and the most interesting of the three; a poster found on the walls outside in the main squares. In tradition, it is one of many drawn by students of one of their graduating peers and represents a compliation of the persons life at the University. The charactures drawn are meant as jokes about the individual and always contain comedic sexual references.
